Service Description
Make your event one to remember and leave a lasting impression with Toothobituary’s full day tattoo package. Our sterile, mobile shop setup includes massage tables, vinyl flooring and a heated portable sink to ensure a safe and clean environment for your personalized tattoo experience. Let us bring our creativity and talent to you and make your event truly one of a kind. All we need from you is the power outlet! Please give us at least 2 months between booking your event to ensure Temporary Event Licensing permitted by the MDH (Minnesota health department). We even come to you within 50 miles no extra charge! Let’s create something truly unique for your Event!

Must book within a two month period before your event date. Your Event must be in a business/location recognized by the state of MN, not for home tattoo parties or uncertified venues. Tattoos are only available to be done on arms or legs, to ensure that parties can break down and continue on to the next attendee No tattoos other than the ones that were approved by the client beforehand. No Altercations of Custom Flash All Attendees must be 18 or older to get tattoos, and sign a consent form with a valid ID Kids are not permitted to be in the Tattooing area. If kids are allowed at the venue, supervision is required to ensure they are not behind the front tattoo check in table. Appointment-based check in at the front tattoo table, with text messages enabled to notify Attendees of their upcoming time to get tattooed Outline cutoff times or event capacity limits if applicable. Tattoo Flash is available to get done multiple times, non-exclusive/1 of 1 flash Clients must arrive sober and healthy, Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, Inform artists of medical conditions or allergies Artists will follow all local health codes and sterilization procedures. Masks or other hygiene policies should be mentioned. Consent form Waives liability for healing outcomes, Acknowledges receipt of aftercare instructions,Confirms understanding of tattoo permanence Aftercare policy; aftercare information will be provided printed copy, along with ointment and second-skin (Saniderm). clients are responsible for following them, and healing results vary. No aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or clients. You reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. Taking photos/videos of the event: Photo/video Release to take pictures or videos of the event if appropriate, release for social media, portfolios,marketing etc. They can opt out of being photographed. Credit Card will be kept on file in case of Cancellation, Cancellation Fee is $725. Deposits are nonrefundable
